If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, then we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of receipt of the product.
The product and packaging must be in new condition, so unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in the original condition suitable for resale.
You will be responsible for paying for you shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A further delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for products on sale.
We strongly suggest that customers use some form of tracking when shipping any products to humanity. humanity does not take any responsibility for packages lost in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping costs back to humanity.
